This Privacy Policy document expresses our commitment to the rights of individuals visiting the Website located within the company’s domains and those using the services offered through it. It also fulfills the information obligation arising from: Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

  1. Personal Data – in accordance with Article 4(1) of the GDPR, means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

Legal Basis, Purpose, and Scope of Processing

  1. The Data Controller declares that it processes the personal data of users in accordance with:
    • (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; or
    • (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – i.e., based on the consent of the data subject for marketing purposes.
  2. The Data Controller processes personal data to perform a contract or for the purpose indicated in the consent. The Controller processes data only to the extent necessary for these purposes and for the period necessary to perform the contract, or until the user withdraws consent, and subsequently for a period of 3 years for the purpose of potential claims and complaints.
  3. Personal data of Website Users is not shared with third parties, except in situations where such disclosure results from applicable legal provisions obligating the Data Controller to transfer data to authorized entities.
  4. Personal data is processed by the Company for the following purposes: a. Fulfillment of orders for services and products created or co-created by Money Run sp. z o.o.; b. Marketing and advertising related to the preparation and delivery of service offers from Money Run sp. z o.o.; c. Providing answers to questions submitted via the application/contact form; d. The recruitment process – if the User submits an employment application through the portal managed by Money Run sp. z o.o.
  5. The amount of personal data collected is limited to the necessary minimum, and its processing depends on the consent voluntarily expressed by the user, unless legal provisions state otherwise. Consent granted by the user for the processing of personal data includes the possibility of processing data in the future, provided that the purpose and scope of processing do not change.
  6. The User retains the right to access their data and content concerning them, as well as the right to correct, update, rectify, supplement, or request the deletion of such data. The User may also object to the processing of their personal data.
  7. The Website requires only those data that are necessary for the proper operation of the service. Failure to provide required data may block the activity to which those data related.

Commercial Information

  1. Money Run sp. z o.o. does not send unsolicited commercial information. In accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Electronic Means, commercial information is considered ordered if the recipient has consented to receive it, in particular by providing an identifying electronic address (e-mail) for this purpose.
  2. The recipient may unsubscribe from receiving commercial information at any time by submitting an appropriate statement to Money Run sp. z o.o., particularly via e-mail.

Use of Cookies

  1. The website www.moneyrun.pl does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s terminal equipment and are intended for the use of the Website’s pages.

    • The public IP address of the computer from which the query originated;
    • Pages visited by the user and the amount of time spent on each;
    • Information about the type of user’s operating system.
